How to connect Notion
Notion connects through its own OAuth flow. You choose which pages and databases to share during authorization, and Mailient can only reach what you select.

How do I automate Gmail to Notion?
Connect both to Mailient. It reads threads in Gmail, works out what changed, and writes that into the Notion pages and databases you have shared — logging conversations, updating tracker entries and generating meeting notes. You are not building a rule per workflow; it reads the thread and decides what is worth recording.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The integration uses Notion's standard API, which is available on free workspaces. Very large workspaces may hit Notion's own rate limits, but that is a Notion constraint rather than a Mailient one.
Can Mailient see my whole Notion workspace?
Only what you share during authorization. Notion's own consent screen controls which pages and databases are reachable, and you can change that selection or revoke access from Notion at any time.
What if my workspace is structured differently?
It reads your existing databases and their properties rather than requiring a particular template. If your deal tracker has fields nobody else uses, that is fine — it works with what is there.
